Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our business and community goals.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all active social media platforms.
- Maintain a consistent, inspiring brand voice and striking visual identity.
- Actively engage with our community of followers by responding thoughtfully to comments and direct messages.
- Track key performance metrics and analyze results to continuously improve our digital outreach.
- Run, optimize, and monitor targeted paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google) when required.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Hold a relevant Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong, practical understanding of major social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics.
- The ability to work effectively in a virtual environment, combined with the availability for one on-site workday weekly in Lekki, Lagos.
