Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our business and community goals.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all active social media platforms.
Maintain a consistent, inspiring brand voice and striking visual identity.
Actively engage with our community of followers by responding thoughtfully to comments and direct messages.
Track key performance metrics and analyze results to continuously improve our digital outreach.
Run, optimize, and monitor targeted paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google) when required.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes.

Requirements & Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Hold a relevant Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Strong, practical understanding of major social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics.
The ability to work effectively in a virtual environment, combined with the availability for one on-site workday weekly in Lekki, Lagos.
