What You'll Do

Plan and maintain a dynamic monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
Write compelling, human-centric copy that sounds like a real person, not a corporate press release.
Brief or produce stunning visual assets using tools like Canva or Figma.
Manage community interactions by responding to comments and DMs, and proactively routing real leads to the sales team.
Report monthly on reach, engagement, and follower growth, offering actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
Strong, adaptable writing skills—this is the absolute core of the job.
Comfortable using basic design tools and handling short-form video editing.
Deep fluency in how LinkedIn works specifically for B2B engagement and growth.
A verifiable portfolio demonstrating social media accounts you have successfully grown.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
