About the Opportunity: Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

As our Specialist, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting compelling content, adeptly managing our social media platforms, leveraging the power of AI-powered tools, and driving measurable business growth through truly innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, fostering customer engagement, and boosting lead generation.
- Platform Management: Manage and expand the company's vibrant presence across a wide array of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other relevant digital channels.
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, design, and publish engaging content, which includes compelling graphics, dynamic videos, captivating reels, insightful educational materials, impactful promotional campaigns, and persuasive marketing copy, all meticulously aligned with the company's brand identity.
- Content Planning: Develop and meticulously manage content calendars to ensure consistent, strategic, and impactful communication across all digital platforms.
- Campaign Optimization: Plan, execute, monitor, and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising initiatives, while diligently analyzing performance metrics and preparing periodic, insightful reports.
- AI & Technology Integration: Harness the power of AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to elevate content creation, enhance productivity, deepen audience engagement, and significantly improve overall marketing effectiveness.
- Website Management: Oversee website content updates, ensuring all digital platforms remain current, professional, and perfectly aligned with overarching company objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with our Sales, HR, and Management teams to robustly support recruitment campaigns, promote new products, manage events, drive lead generation, and contribute to other critical business initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify emerging digital marketing best practices to recommend and implement innovative new strategies.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other marketing, branding, or digital communication duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Certifications (Advantageous): Relevant professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or similar fields will be a significant advantage.
Experience
- Minimum Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience managing business social media accounts and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Industry Exposure (Advantageous): Experience within the health, wellness, lifestyle, direct sales, or retail industries will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Digital Marketing Acumen: Strong foundational knowledge of digital marketing principles, social media management, and content marketing strategies.
- Graphic Design: Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design software for creating visually appealing content.
- Video Editing: Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent applications to produce engaging video content.
- AI Tools: Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, and other productivity-enhancing technologies.
- Digital Tools: Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other essential digital marketing tools.
- Communication & Content: Exceptional copywriting, communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Analytical & Organizational: Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills coupled with keen attention to detail.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
