The Role: Social Media Content Creator & KOL

As the Social Media Content Creator & KOL, you will serve as the face and voice of TECNO and Infinix. This is not your typical behind-the-scenes marketing job—you will be at the forefront, creating, producing, and starring in engaging content that resonates deeply with local audiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality, engaging short-form video content from script to final cut.
  • On-Camera Presenting: Act as the primary on-screen talent and brand presenter, delivering energetic and relatable content.
  • Trend Analysis: Spot emerging internet trends rapidly and execute timely content to keep the brands ahead of the curve.
  • Community & Account Management: Grow, nurture, and manage brand social media accounts to foster a loyal online community.
  • Team Collaboration: (Optional) Lead and coordinate a small, agile team of creators to execute the brand's social strategy.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, or media production.
  • Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience running and growing your own social media accounts. Current or aspiring KOLs/influencers are highly preferred.
  • Versatile Creator Skills: A multi-talented creative who can write, perform, shoot, and direct content independently.
  • Magnetic Screen Presence: Exceptional on-camera confidence, natural charisma, and highly expressive energy.
  • Sharp "Internet Sense": Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms, culture, and audience behaviors.
  • Bold Personality: An outgoing, confident individual with strong delivery and stage presence.
  • Management Skills: Bonus points if you have experience leading a creative team.

Nice-to-Have Attributes

  • A unique talent or skill that makes your content stand out (e.g., comedy, dance, music, or acting).
  • An existing personal following or a robust portfolio of self-produced content.
