About the Role
We are seeking a creative individual who can breathe life into our brand through compelling visual content and strategic social media management. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content, managing our presence across major digital platforms, growing our vibrant online community, and directly supporting our sales through engaging campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit high-quality videos and photographs showcasing Taeillo's exceptional product lines.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute creative content shoots from conception to delivery.
- Manage and optimize all Taeillo social media platforms, including Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive monthly content calendar to ensure consistent publishing and active audience engagement.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, leveraging current algorithms and cultural moments to drive high engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with teams to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and exclusive sales promotions.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics on a monthly basis to continuously refine our digital strategy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2 to 3+ years of proven experience in content creation, videography, or social media management.
- Strong technical skills in photography, videography, and post-production editing.
- Proficiency in modern editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or the Adobe Creative Suite.
- High level of creativity, meticulous organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- A deep, up-to-date understanding of evolving social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital consumer behavior.
