Role Overview
We are currently looking for dedicated SOC Analysts to join our Managed Security Operations Center on a fully remote basis. You can work from anywhere in the world while protecting our diverse ASEAN client base. Your mission will involve monitoring security alerts investigating threats and coordinating swift incident resolution alongside our expert technical teams.
This unique position features a fixed day shift schedule utilizing a 3.5 day work week with one full weekend off. Full day shifts run 13 hours from 9 AM to 10 PM. Half day shifts run 6.5 hours either from 9 AM to 3:30 PM or 3 PM to 9:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts across multiple platforms to detect potential threats quickly
- Triage and investigate security incidents with precision
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and clients for timely remediation
- Document all incident response steps thoroughly
Requirements
- Solid experience working in a Security Operations Center
- Strong understanding of common cyber threats and attack vectors
- Familiarity with SIEM tools and security frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for working with global clients
