We are currently expanding our expert field team and are seeking a qualified, highly motivated Slickline Operator / Engineer to play a pivotal role in our upcoming well intervention and completion operations.
About the Role
As a Slickline Operator / Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our field operations, ensuring that well intervention and completion projects are executed with absolute precision, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who thrives in challenging onshore and offshore environments and is dedicated to maintaining our high standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute slickline well intervention operations safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
- Perform critical rig up and rig down procedures, as well as the safe operation of slickline and pressure-control equipment.
- Conduct reliable tool deployment, retrieval, and complex fishing operations as required by the well program.
- Perform thorough pre-job checks, routine equipment inspections, and essential function tests prior to operations.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive job reports and operational records.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company, client, and industry Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in slickline and well intervention operations.
- Proven practical experience with slickline equipment, pressure-control equipment, and wellhead operations.
- Demonstrated experience in running and retrieving downhole tools, setting and retrieving plugs, pressure/temperature gauges, and other completion tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of well intervention procedures, well control protocols, and safe operating practices.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately read and interpret well schematics, tool diagrams, and operational programs.
- Must possess valid and relevant HSE, Well Control, and Slickline certifications.
- A steadfast commitment to safety, uncompromising quality, and operational excellence.
- Resilience and flexibility, with the ability to work effectively offshore, onshore, and in demanding field environments.
