As our new Sitecore Solutions Engineer, you will work on a full-time, direct W2 basis earning between $130,000 and $148,000 annually. You will bring at least six years of professional experience to the table, helping us drive digital transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust enterprise digital experiences using Sitecore Experience Platform XP, Sitecore XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub.
Handle backend C# and .NET development alongside front-end integration to ensure fast, responsive user interfaces.
Manage complex content modeling, third-party system integrations, and seamless platform upgrades.
Lead legacy implementations into modern composable patterns with minimal downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship meaningful Sitecore solutions straight to production.

Requirements

Six or more years of hands-on technical experience with enterprise web development.
Proven track record of shipping production-ready Sitecore work.
Strong fluency in navigating both classic Sitecore XP or XM environments and the newer composable stack.
Solid expertise in backend C# and .NET development principles.
U.S. Citizenship, Green Card, valid EAD, or H-1B transfer eligibility. Note that we cannot sponsor new H-1B visas for this specific position.
