As our network expands, we are looking for a driven and experienced Site Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our infrastructure deployment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure optimal sites for telecommunications infrastructure rollout.
- Negotiate lease agreements and secure necessary permits from landlords, property owners, and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate closely with civil engineering, legal, and project management teams to ensure seamless site integration.
- Maintain positive stakeholder relationships with landowners, community leaders, and local government bodies.
- Ensure full compliance with local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and corporate standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Surveying, Geography, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in Site Acquisition within the telecommunications industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working with mobile network operators (MNOs) or telecom infrastructure companies is highly preferred.
- Professional Affiliation: Membership in relevant professional bodies will be considered a distinct advantage.
