Role Overview

As our Shipping & Logistics Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods, equipment, and materials required for our various engineering projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for external logistics partners, ensuring that every shipment is handled with precision, compliance, and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the movement of goods, equipment, and materials to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
Prepare and process essential shipping, import/export, and logistics documentation.
Liaise effectively with shipping companies, freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers.
Monitor shipments in real-time, proactively resolve delivery issues, and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
Maintain rigorous, accurate inventory, shipping, and logistics records.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies as well as all relevant shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 3–5 years in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
In-depth knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and freight coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern logistics/inventory management systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven capacity to work under pressure, meet strict project deadlines, and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
