Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shift operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted power generation.
- Monitor plant performance parameters and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (HSE) standards and protocols.
- Manage shift personnel, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure seamless handovers.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding plant operations, fuel consumption, and output.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: HND qualification is required.
- General Experience: Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience.
- Specific Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working in a 10MW Power Plant is strictly mandatory. Candidates without this specific power plant experience will not be considered.
