Key Responsibilities

Provide expert Level 3 support for SharePoint On-Premises and comprehensive Microsoft 365 services.
Handle day to day administration and maintenance of SharePoint On-Premises environments through patching, upgrades, and constant health monitoring.
Troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues impacting platform performance, configuration, and availability.
Manage modern collaboration tools including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Forms.
Enforce security, compliance, governance, and access management standards across all systems.
Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to streamline administration and boost automation.
Drive seamless migration activities from legacy On-Premises environments to SharePoint Online.

Requirements

Proven professional experience managing SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 enterprise ecosystems.
Strong background in delivering advanced Level 3 support and resolving deep technical bottlenecks.
Fluency in PowerShell scripting for environment automation and routine administrative tasks.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies within collaborative project settings.
Solid understanding of security governance, compliance, and access controls in the cloud.
