Overview

As part of the Global Partners LP program, you will play a crucial role in handling day-to-day transaction settlements. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, meaning your communication skills will be just as important as your math and accounting abilities. This individual contributor role gives you the autonomy to manage your workflow effectively while being backed by a supportive management team.

Key Responsibilities

Process all trading and marketing business related accounts payable and accounts receivable activities in a timely manner.
Generate accurate sales invoices and distribute them according to schedule.
Facilitate smooth and prompt payments for products and auxiliary services.
Interact directly with clients to resolve billing questions and reconcile accounts.
Maintain precise financial records using standard office tools and specialized platforms.

Requirements

Minimum of an Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent practical work experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Prior experience with RightAngle and Oracle platforms is a definite plus.
Comfortable working during US shift hours.
Ability to engage professionally in client facing scenarios.
