We are currently searching for an energetic B2B Sales Setter to help us reach more real estate agencies across Italy. This position is completely remote and open worldwide, giving you the freedom to run your day your way as long as you can sync with Italian business working hours.

The Role in Detail

As our B2B Sales Setter, you will act as the first point of contact between RealAdvisor and Italian real estate professionals. Your core mission is simple yet vital. You will spark conversations, qualify prospects, and book high value meetings directly into our account executives' calendars. You do not need to worry about closing contracts or negotiating prices. Your entire focus stays on relationship building, outbound outreach, and finding qualified leads who can genuinely benefit from our technology.

Key Responsibilities

Every day looks a bit different, but your primary tasks will center around the following activities.

Reach out directly to Italian real estate agencies using phone, email, and social outreach.
Present our digital ecosystem clearly to capture interest from key agency decision makers.
Ask the right questions to qualify prospective clients based on their size and current business needs.
Schedule confirmed product demonstrations and meetings directly for the sales closing team.
Keep our CRM records clean, up to date, and organized with detailed call notes and next steps.

Requirements

To succeed in this freelance setup, you should bring these key qualities and tools to the table.

Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian with clear verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, cold outreach, or business development.
A proactive mindset and high self discipline to manage your own schedule without micromanagement.
Ability to dedicate five to six hours each day during Italian business hours, Monday through Friday.
A quiet home office setup with high speed internet and a reliable computer.
