We are actively seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect who will lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of our ServiceNow platform. This encompasses a broad range of capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and various custom applications. Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities

As our ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will be instrumental in defining and guiding our platform's trajectory. Your day-to-day work will involve a variety of strategic and technical contributions, ensuring our ServiceNow environment is always best-in-class.

Design, define, and oversee the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across multiple domains, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom application development.
Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and broader business strategy.
Establish comprehensive governance frameworks and best practices for ServiceNow development, configuration, integration, and security.
Drive the adoption of platform standards for data models, system integrations, security protocols, and responsible customization, minimizing technical debt.
Provide expert guidance and technical leadership to development teams, solution architects, and functional leads on complex ServiceNow implementations.
Collaborate closely with various business stakeholders and IT leadership to translate strategic objectives into viable, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure the platform's performance, scalability, and maintainability are continuously optimized through proactive monitoring and architectural enhancements.
Stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and value to the organization.
Champion the effective use of OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) functionalities, challenging custom solutions when standard capabilities suffice.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring a wealth of experience and a strong foundational understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem.

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience specifically with the ServiceNow platform, including architectural design and governance.
Demonstrated deep expertise in designing and implementing solutions across several core ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps. Experience with GRC and custom app development is a significant plus.
Proven ability to define architectural patterns, technical standards, and best practices for large-scale ServiceNow deployments.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and their application within the ServiceNow context.
Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems using various integration methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, JDBC, Mid Server).
Solid grasp of ServiceNow's security model, performance tuning, and platform upgrade processes.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
A relevant ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist in multiple areas, or a Certified Master Architect) is highly desirable.
