Key Responsibilities
Your day to day work will center around aligning business requirements with ServiceNow capabilities
- Lead discovery sessions with key stakeholders to assess risk management frameworks, compliance needs, and vulnerability workflows
- Design target state processes that bridge cybersecurity protocols with daily IT operations
- Translate complex regulatory mandates into scalable ServiceNow IRM and VR configurations
- Partner closely with technical architects and implementation engineers to guide project delivery
- Develop user stories, functional specifications, and detailed process diagrams
- Conduct validation workshops and train client teams so they can confidently adopt new systems
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise and clear communication skills
- Proven consulting background focusing on ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and Vulnerability Response modules
- Solid grasp of industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, or PCI DSS
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate discovery workshops and gain buy in from executive leaders
- Experience writing functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist in IRM or Security Operations are highly valued
- Self motivated approach suited to an international, fully remote environment
