Key Responsibilities

On-Site Maintenance: You will lead the assembly, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on SANY mining trucks across project sites in Kazaure, Wudil, and Katsina.
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures on-site using advanced diagnostic tools.
Client Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, offering immediate guidance to machine operators regarding safety, optimal operation, and maintenance best practices.
Reporting: Maintain meticulous service logs, perform thorough failure analyses, and manage parts consumption reports to drive machine reliability and performance.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background. Key requirements include:

Location: Applicants must be based in or within very close proximity to Kano, Kazaure, Wudil, or Katsina. This requirement is non-negotiable.
Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on field service experience working specifically with heavy-duty trucks or mining machinery.
Education: A Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in troubleshooting heavy-duty transmissions, complex hydraulic systems, and intricate electrical circuits.
Flexibility: The ability to travel at short notice between regional project sites is essential to support our active operations.
