As our new Service Delivery Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our custom delivery engagements. Your main goal is to accelerate and de-risk outcomes for our clients. You will bring structure, momentum, and crystal-clear communication to every project, working closely with customers, technical delivery teams, and account stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Drive project plans from kickoff to successful adoption while ensuring high engagement and total transparency.
Coordinate technical resources effectively to keep delivery milestones on track and momentum high.
Maintain seamless alignment between enterprise customers, internal delivery teams, and account stakeholders.
Remove operational roadblocks and proactively manage risks to guarantee meaningful progress on every engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience managing complex software or data delivery engagements in a client-facing environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with a natural ability to bring structure to fast-moving technical projects.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities, keeping everyone on the same page.
A passion for data technologies, open-source software, or modern DataOps practices is a huge plus.
