Key Responsibilities

In this seat, you guide cross functional crews and build direct trust with prominent client stakeholders. Day to day, your work focuses on several vital operational and technical areas.

Guiding top tier squads of product specialists who tackle deep technical challenges for enterprise clients
Supervising comprehensive service delivery across multi region environments to keep programs on track
Steering incident response and resolution workflows, making sure client expectations are consistently exceeded
Fostering team culture by mentoring talent, establishing accountability, and retaining skilled engineers
Partnering directly with account leadership to identify opportunities for ongoing service improvement

Requirements

We want someone who brings technical depth alongside a steady leadership presence. You will do great here if you bring the following background.

Proven track record managing complex technology delivery programs across distributed global setups
Demonstrated capability in people leadership, team mentoring, and performance management
Strong background handling escalation management and technical issue resolution for enterprise clients
