Role Overview
As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a central role in bridging the gap between sales, operations, and clients. You will manage trackers, coordinate service activations, liaise with key stakeholders, and ensure that service delivery processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Tracker Management: Update, monitor, and input data into the Presales tracker sheet for all installations, surveys, trial/POCs, and activation requests.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive daily and monthly reports on the presales tracker sheet.
- Account Activation: Process account activations for newly installed links for both new and existing clients.
- Contract Management: Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure contracts are signed, submitted, and well-documented. Maintain an organized filing system for all signed contracts.
- Stakeholder Handover: Deliver weekly handover reports of newly installed accounts for corporate clients, partners, resellers, and dealers to the Account Management team, and report newly activated accounts to the Accounts department.
- Sales Team Support: Keep the sales team regularly updated with status reports on their surveys and installations.
- Service Request Processing: Handle and process service requests from sales personnel and resellers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Other Duties: Execute all other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Competencies
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Microsoft Excel Mastery: Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail to ensure accuracy in contracts and trackers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Analytical Ability: Strong capability to analyze and interpret data patterns and tracking sheets.
- Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of wired and wireless technologies, as well as LAN and WLAN infrastructure.
