Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor service center staff to maintain high operational and customer service standards.
- Oversee the lifecycle of service requests, including receipt, repair, and dispatch of products.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure accurate stock records.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time and customer satisfaction levels.
- Resolve escalated customer issues with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, and Head Office.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards and company operational procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in service center operations, customer service, or after-sales support.
- Previous experience within the electronics, appliances, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively and handle reporting.
