About the Role
The SEO/Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive will play a pivotal role in driving online visibility, website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness across multiple digital channels. You will focus on search engine optimization, performance-driven digital campaigns, website optimization, social media management, and engaging content creation to support the continuous growth of the company's retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drastically improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and regular website audits.
- Manage Google Ads, social media platforms, paid campaigns, and other essential digital marketing initiatives.
- Create, manage, and optimize engaging content tailored for digital and social media channels.
- Monitor website and social media performance, user engagement metrics, and conversion rates closely.
- Support marketing activities across multiple retail locations whenever required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant digital marketing or social media certifications will serve as a distinct advantage.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Management.
- Prior experience managing digital marketing and social media activities for established retail brands is highly preferred.
- Strong, practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and various digital advertising platforms.
- Demonstrated proficiency in social media management, creative content creation, and online campaign management.
