Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and ASO strategies to maximize organic visibility and user acquisition across web and mobile platforms.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content, meta descriptions, titles, and other on-page elements for search engine performance.
Manage and enhance App Store Optimization (ASO) for both iOS and Android platforms, including keyword optimization, compelling app descriptions, and screenshot strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and ASO performance using various analytics tools, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, content, and marketing teams to ensure SEO/ASO best practices are integrated into development cycles and content creation.
Stay current with the latest updates and changes in search engine algorithms and app store guidelines to adapt strategies proactively.
Identify and implement technical SEO improvements to enhance site crawlability, indexing, and overall performance.
Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of our overall organic growth initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience managing successful SEO and ASO campaigns, ideally with at least 3+ years in a similar role focusing on organic growth.
Demonstrable track record of significantly improving search rankings, app store visibility, and organic traffic for consumer-facing products.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency with leading SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and ASO tools (e.g., Sensor Tower, App Annie, MobileAction).
Excellent understanding of current SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and mobile app store ecosystems.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving company.
