Overview

As our SEO/ASO Manager, you will be the driving force behind improving our organic presence across both web and app store platforms. This is a critical role focused on maximizing our visibility, discoverability, and ultimately, our user acquisition numbers. You will craft and execute strategies that span traditional search engines and the competitive app store ecosystem, ensuring name stands out to families and individuals worldwide. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and ASO strategies to boost organic traffic, improve rankings, and drive high-quality user acquisition for both our website and mobile applications.
Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend monitoring to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Optimize app store listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, videos) for maximum impact across various app stores.
Manage and execute on-page and technical SEO improvements, working closely with engineering teams to ensure best practices are followed.
Analyze performance data, utilizing various analytics tools to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align on initiatives and integrate SEO/ASO best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Stay abreast of the latest algorithm changes, industry developments, and emerging tools in both the SEO and ASO landscapes, adapting strategies as needed.
Perform regular A/B testing on app store creatives and textual elements to continuously refine and improve conversion rates.
Contribute to content strategy by providing SEO-driven insights for blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets.

Requirements

Demonstrable proven experience in an SEO and ASO focused role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and measurable results.
Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with complex data sets and translating insights into clear, strategic actions.
Proficiency with leading SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and ASO tools (e.g., Sensor Tower, App Annie, MobileAction).
A deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and mobile app store optimization principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Experience with international SEO/ASO considerations is a significant plus.
