Are you a seasoned Workday expert with a passion for building robust, scalable platforms? Do you thrive in a hands-on environment, ready to dive deep into configuration, development, and integration? At Natera, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Workday Platform Engineer to become the technical heartbeat of our Workday ecosystem. This isn't just a support role; it's an opportunity to own, innovate, and shape our core HR, Payroll, and Recruiting infrastructure from a technical perspective, making a significant impact across our global operations. If you love translating complex business needs into elegant technical solutions and enjoy partnering with diverse stakeholders, this fully remote, worldwide role is your chance to shine.
