Key Responsibilities

Lead Design Strategy: Direct the visual design strategy for a specific business or product line, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
Create Engaging Experiences: Develop and execute high-fidelity visual designs, prototypes, and user interfaces that are both intuitive and aesthetically compelling.
User-Centered Approach: Champion user experience through research, testing, and data-driven insights to inform design decisions and iterate effectively.
Mentor and Inspire: Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
Maintain Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our evolving design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products.
Advocate for Best Practices: Promote and implement best practices in visual design, accessibility, and user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and impactful project contributions.
Proven experience in a senior visual design role, demonstrating leadership in design strategy and execution for complex digital products.
Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Demonstrated ability to translate user research, analytics, and business requirements into compelling visual designs.
Experience mentoring junior designers or leading design initiatives is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
