Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives, employing diverse methodologies like user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic studies to uncover deep user insights.
Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable recommendations that guide product strategy and design decisions.
Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various educational products, ensuring intuitive and engaging experiences.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle, fostering a strong design culture across teams.
Mentor junior designers and researchers, sharing best practices and contributing to the growth of the UX team.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX research and design, continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible in educational tech.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and ensure our products remain innovative and market-leading.

Requirements

Significant experience working as a UX Researcher and Designer in a professional setting.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both UX research methodologies and interaction design principles, ideally with examples of educational or SaaS products.
Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; you should be able to articulate design decisions and research findings effectively to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
