Key Responsibilities

Take complete end-to-end ownership of our Facebook ad accounts, handling structure, bidding, and budget allocation.
Scale the channel toward a seven-figure budget while maintaining strict profitability and high return on investment.
Lead systematic creative testing frameworks to continuously beat previous benchmarks and uncover fresh angles.
Drive subscription growth specifically through web funnels across multiple global markets.
Analyze performance metrics independently, make fast data-driven decisions, and present clear weekly strategies to the team.

Requirements

Proven track record of successfully scaling Facebook ad spend to high levels for direct-to-consumer or subscription brands.
Deep expertise in web funnel optimization, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
