Key Responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for customers with absolute precision.
- Understand and apply complex client travel policies to provide smart consultation.
- Fulfill all requests regarding travel regulations including passports, visas, and safety guidelines.
- Provide critical industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and ticket penalties.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial workflows.
Requirements
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Extensive hands-on experience using the Amadeus global distribution system.
- Strong background in corporate travel management or customer service.
