Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Tecsys Elite WMS / Distribution ERP L3 Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide advanced production support for warehouse, distribution, and supply chain operations. You will serve as the primary escalation point for Tecsys related issues, working alongside operations, IT, integration, infrastructure, automation, external vendors, and support teams to drive excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Tecsys Elite WMS and Elite Distribution ERP.
Troubleshoot complex issues involving inventory, orders, transactions, and system integrations.
Perform root cause analysis to ensure long term application stability and prevent recurring problems.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline workflows and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

Strong hands on experience supporting Tecsys Elite WMS and Distribution ERP systems.
Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex supply chain software and integrations.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while communicating effectively with global teams.
