As a Senior Technician, you will serve as a highly skilled technical professional. Your responsibilities will include the installation, meticulous maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and expert repair of a wide array of equipment, systems, or machinery. You will provide essential advanced technical expertise, working to ensure maximum operational efficiency, actively support and guide junior technicians, and help uphold rigorous safety and quality standards across the organization.

Install, configure, and commission new equipment and systems according to specifications.
Document all service and repair activities accurately and thoroughly.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.
Act as a mentor to junior technicians, sharing knowledge and guiding their development.

Requirements

A minimum of five years of progressive experience in a technical, field service, or maintenance role.
Proven expertise in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment or systems.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems independently.
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, or IT systems, depending on specialization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for remote collaboration.
Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines.
Relevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field are highly advantageous.

Proficiency with diagnostic tools, test equipment, and relevant software applications.
