Overview

As our new Senior Technical Writer, you will play a vital role in shaping how developers, administrators, and enterprise customers interact with our intelligent cloud identity platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance teams to create user manuals, API documentation, tutorials, and release notes that set the gold standard in the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities

Translate intricate technical specifications and features into engaging, accessible, and accurate documentation.
Partner with engineering and product teams early in the development cycle to understand upcoming releases and plan documentation needs accordingly.
Maintain and continuously improve our existing documentation portal to ensure seamless navigation and readability.
Establish and advocate for documentation best practices, style guides, and content standards across the entire organization.
Review content written by peers and cross-functional partners to ensure technical precision and clarity.

Requirements

Several years of proven experience writing technical documentation for software products, ideally within the cloud, SaaS, or cybersecurity space.
A demonstrated knack for reading code and understanding APIs, developer tools, and software architectures.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and a passion for minimalist prose.
Comfort working asynchronously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with colleagues spread across multiple time zones.
