Overview

As a key player on our team, you will sit right at the intersection of product capability and commercial success. You will help potential and existing customers evaluate Dropbox products by showcasing hands on technical expertise. Because of our ongoing work with the DBX Platform, you will spend plenty of time designing integrations, working with APIs, and translating developer level details into clear business wins for executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with customer technical teams to analyze their current environments and design connected workflows.
Lead compelling technical validations, product demonstrations, pilot programs, and proofs of concept.
Support the entire sales cycle ranging from early discovery calls to deployment planning and final handover.
Act as a trusted advisor to developers, IT administrators, and senior business leaders alike.
Gather vital product feedback from the field and collaborate with internal teams to shape future platform developments.

Requirements

Proven experience working hands on with APIs, web technologies, and modern scripting languages.
Strong commercial judgment with a track record of supporting technical sales or customer facing engineering initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non technical audiences.
Ability to thrive in a distributed, fully remote team environment working across various time zones.
