Overview

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Deepgram, you will own full-cycle recruiting for our most critical engineering and technical teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, design creative sourcing strategies, and deliver an incredible candidate experience. Because we operate with an AI-first mindset, you will actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools in your daily recruiting workflow to drive efficiency, find hidden gems, and innovate how we hire.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements and build targeted hiring strategies.
Source, engage, and nurture top-tier technical talent across global markets for a fully remote workforce.
Conduct thorough initial screens to evaluate technical depth, cultural alignment, and passion for AI.
Manage the entire interview process from kickoff to offer negotiation, ensuring smooth coordination.
Leverage advanced AI tools and modern sourcing platforms to optimize talent pipelines and workflow.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring stages to build a well-rounded team.

Requirements

Extensive experience leading full-cycle technical recruitment in high-growth startup environments.
Proven track record of successfully hiring software engineers, machine learning experts, and infrastructure talent.
Deep familiarity with modern sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and talent market dynamics.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI technology and a strong desire to use AI tools in your daily operations.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and stakeholders.
