The Token Factory is our innovative AI inference platform, engineered to deliver high performance and cost efficiency for workloads at scale. As a Senior Technical Product Manager here, you will own a critical product stream, guiding its evolution from initial roadmap and design to successful launch and widespread customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core component of the Nebius Token Factory.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
Translate complex technical requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Work closely with engineering, design, and research teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high quality delivery.
Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and make data driven decisions to optimize product outcomes.
Lead product launches, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling messaging and go to market strategies.
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement and adoption.
Act as a subject matter expert for your product stream, communicating updates and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and customer centricity within your team.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Technical Product Manager, having successfully launched and scaled complex technical products, ideally within cloud platforms, AI/ML services, or high performance computing.
A deep understanding of the AI inference landscape, including model serving, optimization techniques, and relevant infrastructure challenges.
Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy from conception to launch and beyond.
Strong technical acumen, capable of engaging in in depth discussions with engineers and architects.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to inform product decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and globally distributed environment.
