- Monitor and update incident tickets within the Field Service Management System to maintain strict contractual service level agreements.
- Create, review, and follow up on comprehensive problem management and incident retrospective reports.
- Take charge of project implementations by reviewing technical scopes, running pre-implementation validations, and drafting deployment checklists.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to build realistic rollout schedules and ensure milestones are hit.
- Author detailed design configuration documentation and maintain a central repository of technical findings for future reference.
- Step into the role of Project Technical Lead when complex enterprise initiatives demand specialized direction.
Requirements

- Proven ability to run infrastructure implementations from initial planning to final handover.
- Strong technical authoring skills to produce reliable system architecture and configuration guides.
- Clear verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders across different time zones.
- Self-motivated attitude suited for a fully distributed, independent remote work structure.
What You Will Gain
Joining ADI Group gives you room to grow your career as a technical authority on an international scale. You can expect several distinct advantages.
- Complete location flexibility through a true work-from-anywhere global policy.
- Direct ownership of impactful technical initiatives rather than getting stuck in routine ticket churn.
