Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to ClickHouse deployments, performance, and architecture.
Partner closely with our engineering and product teams to isolate bugs and fast-track fixes for global clients.
Provide empathetic, timely, and expert guidance to developers and database administrators navigating high-throughput workloads.
Analyze customer queries to build out internal knowledge bases and improve documentation.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure enterprise-grade reliability for our users.

Requirements

Strong background in technical support, software engineering, or database administration.
Deep familiarity with Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with SQL and a genuine curiosity about how data storage engines work under the hood.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, allowing you to explain intricate technical concepts with ease.
A self-driven attitude and a passion for remote collaboration across different time zones.
