Now, we are expanding our global support team and looking for a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer based in Australia. You will handle everything from localized APJ requests to broader regional support across APAC and EMEA. Key Responsibilities

Provide world class troubleshooting and technical guidance to our diverse customer base using ClickHouse.
Diagnose and resolve complex distributed systems issues performance bottlenecks and query optimization challenges.
Collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to report bugs and advocate for customer needs.
Manage customer escalations with urgency empathy and clear communication.
Contribute to our growing knowledge base by writing technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

Strong background in technical support systems administration or software engineering.
Deep understanding of Linux operating systems networking and database internals.
Hands on experience with distributed databases or real-time analytics platforms.
Exceptional problem solving skills and a genuine passion for helping users succeed.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying tightly connected to a global team.
