Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for our enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the Wiz platform.
- Guide clients through complex onboarding processes, architectural reviews, and continuous security optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and drive feature enhancements.
- Proactively identify risks and design strategic solutions to prevent security incidents across multi cloud environments.
- Lead regular business reviews to showcase ROI, platform adoption metrics, and ongoing threat intelligence insights.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in customer facing technical account management, solutions architecture, or enterprise security consulting.
- Deep working knowledge of major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong background in cloud security, container security, or modern DevOps practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing relationships with executive stakeholders.
- A self starter mentality with the ability to thrive independently in a fast paced, dynamic remote environment.
