Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our global portfolio of enterprise partners and mobile carriers.
Guide clients seamlessly through onboarding, technical integrations, and ongoing solution optimization.
Collaborate closely with internal product and engineering teams to translate partner feedback into meaningful product enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues swiftly, minimizing downtime and maximizing client satisfaction.

Requirements

Extensive experience in technical account management, customer success, or a closely related client-facing engineering role.
A strong technical background with the ability to understand software integrations, APIs, and mobile security frameworks.
