Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete design, prototyping, coding, and deployment cycle for advanced artificial intelligence solutions tailored specifically to banking applications.
Build robust machine learning models handling credit scoring, fraud detection, risk assessment, precise customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and conversational banking.
Manage the entire model lifecycle seamlessly from initial data acquisition all the way to secure production deployment.
Ensure every line of code and every dataset strictly complies with regulatory standards including CBSL guidelines, PDPA, and PCI DSS.
Implement ironclad security measures designed to protect sensitive financial records and customer privacy at all costs.
Partner closely with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Digital Banking teams to bring high-value artificial intelligence use cases to life.
Experiment with cutting-edge Generative AI and multimodal models to power next-generation virtual assistants and intelligent document automation.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineering teammates while championing top-tier artificial intelligence development best practices.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience designing and deploying machine learning architectures within the banking or finance sector.
Deep mastery of Python, modern machine learning libraries, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps pipelines.

Proven track record of mentoring technical teams and successfully managing complex artificial intelligence projects from concept to completion.
