This is a fully remote opportunity operating within the EU timezone with a CET plus or minus two hours preference, welcoming talent globally who fit the collaboration window.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles including engineering, data, product, and infrastructure positions.
Collaborate closely with hiring teams to deeply understand the specific requirements for every technical opening.
Source top-tier qualified candidates through diverse channels and proactive outreach strategies.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess both technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
Improve and structure internal recruitment processes to scale our hiring operations effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on technical and engineering hiring.
Exceptional communication skills with mandatory fluency in English; French language skills are considered a strong plus.
Deep understanding of tech stacks, software engineering, and modern development environments.
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment while collaborating seamlessly with international team members.
A passion for innovative technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cloud computing.
