Are you ready to step into a role where your troubleshooting skills truly matter? At Cotiviti, we are looking for a Senior Support Engineer focused on Interoperability and Edifecs Smart Trading solutions. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere on the globe. You will dive deep into complex production issues, lead critical incident management, and keep our trading and post-trade processing platforms running smoothly. Roughly 70 percent of your time will be spent doing hands-on technical analysis, troubleshooting, and operational problem solving. The remaining 30 percent allows you to step into a leadership space where you mentor teammates, act as a subject matter expert, and drive technical excellence across the board.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical and functional support for Smart Trading solutions, Transaction Management, and XES platforms.
Triage complex production issues and lead critical incident management efforts to ensure fast resolution.
Collaborate closely with customers, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support teams.
Mentor team members and act as a subject matter expert during high pressure production incidents.
Drive operational excellence and deliver an exceptional experience to every customer you support.

Requirements

Proven experience supporting enterprise applications within active production environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a proactive, highly motivated mindset.
The ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure when critical incidents arise.
