Overview

In this Senior Staff Operations Manager role, you serve as the President right hand. You will own the connective tissue that holds our leadership rhythm together. This means making sure meetings have the right inputs, decisions and tradeoffs are crystal clear, and commitments actually turn into shipped results. Because you will collaborate heavily across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Finance, and People teams, your ability to build trust and influence without direct authority will be your superpower.

Key Responsibilities

Run, maintain, and continuously evolve the operating model and cadence for the Product, Engineering, and Design organization.
Partner with senior leaders to surface risks early, track commitments, and ensure flawless follow-through.
Translate big-picture strategy into durable, repeatable execution systems that scale as the company grows.
Move fluidly between high-level strategic planning and the gritty execution details required to keep the system running.
Leverage approved enterprise AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to drive operational efficiency and modernization.
