Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary technical advisor to prospective and existing customers, guiding them through the evaluation and adoption of the Neo4j platform.
Design and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific business needs and use cases.
Lead and execute successful proof-of-concept projects, showcasing the tangible value and capabilities of Neo4j in customer environments.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and craft strategic solutions.
Provide expert guidance on graph data modeling, architecture, and integration strategies within diverse enterprise ecosystems.
Act as a trusted technical resource, addressing complex queries and proactively identifying opportunities for customer success.
Share insights and best practices with the broader Neo4j community and internal teams, contributing to product evolution.

Requirements

Extensive experience, typically 5+ years, in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role within enterprise software.
A strong background in database technologies; experience with graph databases or data modeling is a significant plus.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of APIs, data integration patterns, and enterprise architecture.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into effective technical solutions.
