As our new Senior Solutions Engineer, you will sit right at the intersection of product and customer success. You will help ambitious companies figure out how our technology fits into their daily workflows, proving value before they even sign on the dotted line.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high impact technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and custom product demonstrations via video calls or in person meetings.
Design tailored technical solutions that match unique customer workflows while keeping flexibility in mind.
Own the proof of concept phase, guiding prospects from initial technical discovery to successful onboarding.
Collaborate closely with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
Provide occasional technical support and guidance to ensure long term client retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

Three or more years of hands on experience in a Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering role within the B2B SaaS space.
Strong background in designing technical solutions and running compelling software demos for enterprise buyers.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, globally distributed team environment.
A genuine passion for artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and solving messy data problems.
