Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary technical advisor during the pre-sales process, guiding prospective customers through discovery, technical deep dives, and solution workshops.
Design and present tailored Grafana Cloud solutions that directly address customer business objectives and technical requirements, showcasing the platform's unique value proposition.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations, proofs of concept (PoCs), and technical presentations to diverse audiences, from engineers to executive leadership.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities, and accelerate sales cycles.
Provide expert technical guidance on observability best practices, data integration strategies, and cloud migration approaches.
Gather and distill customer feedback, collaborating with product management and engineering teams to influence future product development.
Contribute to the Grafana Labs community and ecosystem through technical content creation, speaking engagements, and participation in relevant industry events.
Stay continuously informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the observability and cloud native spaces.

Requirements

Strong professional experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or a similar customer facing technical role, preferably in the SaaS or cloud software industry.
Deep understanding of observability principles, including metrics, logs, and traces, along with hands on experience with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, or similar open source projects.
Proficiency with cloud native technologies and architectures, including Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem solving skills and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed with innovative technical solutions.
Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous for engaging with our regional customers.
Must reside in Spain and be authorized to work in Spain, as this is a remote role specific to the region.
A solid background in software development, operations, or site reliability engineering is a plus.
