We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Customer Training and Development team. In this strategic technical role, you will work directly with some of the largest enterprises in the world to design custom upskilling paths and ensure their teams are ready for major architecture upgrades. Best of all, this is a fully remote position that you can do from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with enterprise accounts during both pre-sale and post-sale phases to scope out tailored enablement plans as part of larger deals.
Partner closely with Professional Services, Technical Advisors, and Engagement Managers to build customer-specific learning journeys, including critical upgrade cohorts.
Leverage modern AI tools to deliver just-in-time curriculum modifications that match the specific technical environment of each customer.
Drive continuous curriculum evolution based on real-time feedback and signals from the field rather than teaching from a static textbook.

Requirements

Deep technical expertise in cloud networking, architecture, and security across multi-cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients in a pre-sales, post-sales, or professional services capacity.
A strong background in designing technical training programs, upskilling paths, or curriculum development for complex software solutions.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate advanced technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
