We’re actively seeking a sharp, driven, and expert problem-solving Senior Software Engineer to join our dedicated Platform engineering team. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, meaning you can contribute from anywhere on the globe.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Platform Team, you will collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers. Your work will span everything from monumental company initiatives to the small but crucial bug fixes that keep everything running smoothly. While your primary focus will certainly be backend development, particularly with Ruby on Rails, we truly value engineers who are "T-shaped." This means you possess deep expertise in one specific area, but also feel comfortable and capable contributing across various parts of the stack when needed. Whether that involves diving into frontend logic or assisting with infrastructure, your versatility will be highly appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Ruby on Rails.
