Key Responsibilities

Design and implement robust backend services using Python and Flask.
Create responsive and engaging user interfaces utilizing modern React practices.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to shape project architecture.
Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members to help them level up their skills.

Requirements

Proven professional experience building full-stack applications with Flask and React.
Deep understanding of web development best practices, RESTful APIs, and database management.
Strong communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in a distributed team environment.
